| Veronica Wilson Pottery, Ceramics, Fused Glass, Stained Glass & Mix Media, Creativity begets creativity. Veronica discovered pottery while she was a photography student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. After feeling the slip covered clay glide through her fingers she was hooked. That was fifteen years ago. Today she is known for her earthy style and specially formulated glazes. Her move to Berkeley Springs, WV led her to an intrigue with glass, firing it into her pottery and creating beautiful fused pieces that she hangs or slumps into exquisitely faceted candleholders. Her most recent venture is stained glass.Fascinated by the new movement into dimensional glass, she is known for her flowing landscapes and eye-catching use of color. veronica@frogvalley.com |

| Mark Schwenk Photography, Metal, Mixed Media The interwoven elements of the everyday are captured in Mark's library of images. His eye finds beauty in urban alleyways, barnacle covered driftwood and the discarded possessions of others. Every body is a beautiful creation, and his controversial nudes draw the viewer into the natural depth, textures, and contrasts of the human form. His work is sought out by a wide range of people - from those who wish to show the beauty of their own creations to others who are searching for the beauty in themselves. Metal work was a natural extension of his journey into the elemental. To work with metal is to combine the elements - stone, air, fire and water. The results can be functional ironwork, decorative pieces or mixed media using found items. His collaborative work with other artists includes metal and glass lamps, fountains and furniture. |
